We offer FREE P+P On UK Mainland deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland) not including oversized items such as curtain poles & blinds where a £4.99 surcharge will be applied. All our UK deliveries will be made by DPD Local, DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail. If there is any delay in your order we will contact you offering a refund or expected re stocking date.

The buyer must contact Curtains & Bedlinen (Kelly’s Soft Furnishings) before returning the goods as any unauthorised returns will be reject and returned to sender.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 28 days of the delivery date indicated on your sales receipt. After 28 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Products may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, unused, 'AS NEW' condition with all tags intact, subject to the discretion of Kelly's Soft Furnishings. If products are returned in an unsellable condition the order will not be refunded and the seller will be responsible for collecting the goods.
If a discount code or loyalty points have been used when purchasing the goods the discount amount will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for postage & packaging costs incurred on returning goods.
* Products That Cannot Be Returned Or Refunded:

Returns International Orders.
For international orders the customer is responsible for all custom charges on the order and in the event the customer wants to return the item they are responsible for returning the goods and any charges involved. Curtains & Bedlinen (Kelly’s Soft Furnishings) will not refund any of the return cost incurred. The original postage charge to the customer will also not be refunded on returned orders.
